Interview-Prep-Pal is operated by workplaceanalytics.design. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

What is covered

• Monthly BYOK subscription payments.
• Wallet top-ups, for the unused credit remaining in your wallet.
• Per-interview session fees, where the session could not be completed due to a fault on our side.

How to request a refund

Email us at admin@interview-prep-pal.live from the email address you purchased with, including your order date and amount. We review requests within 2 business days and issue approved refunds through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, which opens the secure Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Additional information

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout and refunded proportionally. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
