Interview-Prep-Pal ("the Service", available at interview-prep-pal.live) is operated by workplaceanalytics.design ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who you are contracting with

Your contract for use of the Service is with workplaceanalytics.design, operating the Interview-Prep-Pal product. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

2. What the Service does

Interview-Prep-Pal generates job descriptions, runs timed AI-driven mock interviews, grades answers against rubrics, and produces feedback, ideal answers and progress reports. You may use your own AI provider key (BYOK) or our managed AI, billed per interview session plus usage.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials and any AI provider keys you upload confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringe intellectual property or confidentiality rights of others;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service;
• submit content you do not have the rights to submit.

5. AI-generated content

• You are responsible for your prompts, the documents and job descriptions you submit, and how you use outputs — including verifying their accuracy before relying on them.
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. They are practice material, not professional, legal, career, financial or hiring advice.
• Prohibited generation includes illegal content, harassment or hate speech, deepfakes, malware, and attempts to jailbreak or bypass model safeguards.
• We may moderate, filter, restrict or remove content and outputs, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights-holders may contact us at the address below to request takedown of infringing material.
• As between you and us, you retain rights in the content you submit; we retain ownership of the Service. You may use outputs generated for your account for your own interview preparation.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, its software, question banks, rubrics, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on our behalf; we never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Wallet top-ups are prepaid credit used for interview sessions.

8. Service level

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and third-party AI providers may be slow or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination you may export your interview history for 30 days, after which data may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

11. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
